Director, Broker Experience

Sarah Scala joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits as the new Director, Broker Experience in April 2024. Scala oversees all aspects of broker partnerships, a cornerstone of KTBGA’s business model.

Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Sarah worked at Conner Strong and Buckelew, where she served as an Employee Benefits Sr. Associate Consultant. Her primary focus on large-group client retention and her innovative approach to benefits administration have been key to her success. Before joining Conner Strong and Buckelew, Scala had a significant impact at Hardenbergh Insurance Group. Her tenure at Hardenbergh was marked by a series of promotions and achievements that showcased her leadership and expertise in the employee benefits field and her ability to manage the Benefits Service team effectively and scale the department to stay ahead of a rapidly changing benefits environment.
