Jessica Gomez has worked in Human Resources for over 10 years, more than half of them in HR consulting. She has vast experience with different-sized organizations across a variety of industries. She holds a master’s degree from Penn State University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.

Jess is a true HR Generalist but enjoys working with clients to develop effective policies and procedures, handle employee relations, and provide coaching and performance management.
