General Agency Ancillary Manager & Principal

Tom Shank joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits, a OneDigital Company, as General Agency Ancillary Manager & Principal in August 2020. This strategic new partnership joins together the region’s top health and ancillary benefits experts to formalize a wholly ancillary resource and approach within Kistler Tiffany Benefits, bringing scale and focus to a growing organization.

Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Tom served as president and owner of Advanced Benefit Concepts, located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

His professional experience includes management positions with Sun Life Financial, overseeing the Philadelphia Groups Sales office as well as establishing a new Sales Office in North Jersey. Additionally, he spent nearly a decade with Met Life as a Sales Representative where he sold Group Ancillary Products & Individual Disability policies and worked closely with the Met Life team in selling Term Life insurance, Whole Life, and Universal Life products.

He maintains active membership in several notable industry organizations, including the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (NJAHU).

He is a graduate of Villanova University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business management and was a member of the men’s varsity baseball team.
