Sean Riley joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits as an Employee Benefits Consultant in 2013. Having quickly established himself as a strategic thought leader within the company and amongst industry peers, he was promoted to Director of Broker Partner Relations in 2017. In this capacity, he is responsible for expanding the company’s capabilities and presence as a General Agency, including the recruitment of broker partners and vendor partners, as well as identifying strategic alliances and other necessary resources.

Prior to joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Sean held several positions at UnitedHealthcare, most recently as a small business sales account consultant. Previously, he was network contract manager, where he negotiated the largest physician contract within market level since the initiative was established. His background in this space has provided a particularly unique insight that he has been able to use in his current role at Kistler Tiffany Benefits.

In additional to maintaining active membership in several notable industry organizations, Sean has also served in various leadership roles over the years within the organizations, including president of the South Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (SJAHU) and treasurer of the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (NJAHU).

Sean is also an involved board member of the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation, KTB’s philanthropic arm, which provides grant money to organizations who support individuals who cannot care for themselves or experience life’s pleasures through no fault of their own.

He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he was a double major in English and Psychology.
