Leaders With Vision

Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ (KTB) Chairman William O. Daggett Jr. began his career at Kistler Tiffany Companies (presently Kistler-Tiffany Advisors) in 1962. In 1973, under his leadership and vision, the company’s group benefits department was formed.  Sixteen years later, in 1988, the company also began operating as a General Agency and today counts more than 2,000 brokers as partners.  In 1999, Kistler Tiffany Benefits began operating as an independent entity. The company is now led by CEO Shawn Orenstein and President Joseph Dowd with guidance from Mr. Daggett.
