Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Debra plays an integral part of both the day-to-day functions and long term success of the company, from formulating policy and strategic planning to directing budgets and determining human resource needs. She supervises a number of departments including Commissions, IT, Accounting, HR, and Communications.

Before joining Kistler Tiffany Benefits in 1999 as Office Manager, Debra was a Benefits Supervisor at Asplundh Tree Expert Company. She is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU), the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU), and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).

Actively engaged outside of the office, Debra serves as Vice President of Philanthropy for the Valley Forge chapter of National Charity League, Inc., a non-profit that aims to foster mother-daughter relationships through community service, leadership development, and cultural experiences. She has also been involved in various leadership roles of the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation for more than a decade, most recently in the position of vice president. The Kistler-Tiffany Foundation supports local community non-profits who provide services to children and adults who are physically or mentally challenged, or suffering from abuse or from lack of financial or physical resources.

Debra earned an MBA from LaSalle University and a BS degree from Slippery Rock University.
