COVID-19: Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Business Continuity Plan

COVID-19: Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Business Continuity Plan

  • On May 8, 2020

Since March 17th, 2020, all six KTB physical office locations are closed and staff have transitioned to a remote working arrangement.

The health and safety of our employees during the COVID-19 pandemic remains our foremost priority and concern. We continue to abide by the stay at home orders set in place by each of the states in which our offices are located – Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.

As the orders for each state are gradually lifted, we will conduct a four-phased approach to return employees to the office. The phases will include limiting the number of employees and guests, and restricting internal and external meetings and travel. During each phase, we will follow CDC guidelines related to personal protective equipment, cleaning, etc.

For the forseeable future, we will continue to conduct all meetings virtually through our Zoom technology and phone conferencing system.

It is our hope that in the last several weeks, you have felt that our entire team has been well equipped to support you and your business via phone, email and virtual meeting, and your disruptions to normal business operations have been limited to as significant a degree as possible.

Please access our Coronavirus Advisory Center for the most up-to-date information available for you to use with clients.

We hope that you, your families, and organizations remain healthy and safe. As you and your teams make decisions on how to best manage returning to work, we are here to help.
