Cally joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits in 2026 immediately making a positive impact as an integral member of our leadership team. Her depth of knowledge and proven proficiency to drive change and streamline processes enhances KTB’s ability to exceed the needs of our broker partners.

Cally spent the past eleven years of her career with Independence Blue Cross, the past five years as Manager of Broker Experience. In this role she led a team focused on executing innovative communication, technology, and service strategies for brokers, consultants, and general agents. During her time with the organization, she also spearheaded the development of advanced service reporting tools and liaison models, significantly enhancing the client experience. She held two other roles over the course of her tenure, one as Broker Experience Lead and the other as Sales Executive in the Consumer Business.

Cally is an alumnus of both Drexel University and Penn State. She is Program Chair of the Emerging Leaders Program at the Pennsylvania NABIP and sits on the Board of SpeakUp!
