Managing Principal 

An integral member of the executive leadership team, Joe has been the leading force behind the general agency operation, evaluating services and developing strategies that empower broker partners working with Kistler Tiffany Benefits to grow their business and achieve success. He previously served as vice president and then president of Kistler Tiffany Benefits, before the company was acquired by OneDigital in January 2020.

Joe’s previous industry experience includes managing the Broker Sales Unit at AmeriHealth Insurance Company of New Jersey.

An active member of several industry organizations, Joe sits on the advisory boards of multiple carriers, is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and has served as a board member for both the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (NJAHU) and the South Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (SJAHU) while also serving as the SJAHU president for a year.

He graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a B.S. in Business and Finance. Joe is an active member of the Mount St. Mary’s University Alumni Association and an appointed member of the Mount St. Mary’s University President’s Council.
