NEW Relaxed IMQ Thresholds: Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia clients
Clients with 15 or more enrolled subscribers that offer a fully insured plan with another carrier can request an AFA proposal without providing IMQ Forms. The Quote Form/Census Template is all we need to deliver a proposal for these clients. Clients in a self-funded plan 5-100 enrolled do not require IMQ’s.
