Kistler Tiffany Benefits Promotes Sean Riley to Director, Broker Partner Relations

Berywn, PA (September 2017) — Kistler Tiffany Benefits, a private employee benefits firm and General Agency headquartered in Berwyn, PA, announced today that Sean Riley has been promoted to Director, Broker Partner Relations, effective immediately. Riley has been with the company since 2013, and most recently was an Employee Benefits Consultant.

In this new role, Riley will be responsible for expanding the company’s capabilities and presence as a General Agency, including the recruitment of broker partners and vendor partners, as well as identifying strategic alliances and other necessary resources. He will also assume oversight of the company’s Mount Laurel broker service team.

Previously to his role as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Kistler Tiffany Benefits, Sean held several positions at UnitedHealthcare, most recently as a small business sales account consultant. Before that, he was network contract manager, where he negotiated the largest non-participating physician group contract within the market at the time.

In additional to maintaining active membership in several notable industry organizations, Sean has also served in various leadership roles over the years within the organizations, including President of the South Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (SJAHU) and Treasurer of the New Jersey Association of Health Underwriters (NJAHU).

Sean is also an involved board member of the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation (, KTB’s philanthropic arm, which provides grant money to organizations who support individuals who cannot care for themselves or experience life’s pleasures through no fault of their own. In 2016, the Foundation awarded nearly $60,000 in grant money.

He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he was a double major in English and Psychology and currently resides in Horsham, PA, with his wife.
