Director of Compliance & Innovation 

Chris joined Kistler Tiffany Benefits in June 2026. He leads KTB’s compliance and innovation efforts, serving as a key resource for our broker partners with more than two decades of experience in employee benefits compliance, ERISA law, strategy, and business development.

Previously, he served as VP, Client Services at Sequioa and before that, Chief Compliance Officer at Savoy Associates, where he led teams across employer services, compliance, marketing, and technology. He has a proven track record of success throughout his career in the employer services and compliance arena building out compliance service lines, including ERISA compliance, Wrap Documents, SPDs, and ACA Reporting Services.

Chris is an ERISA attorney and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) receiving his degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. he is an active member of the NABIP National Legislative Council, where he has served as Chair of the Lower Prescription Drug Cost Working Group and as a member of the Employer-Sponsored Plans Working Group
