Group Portal availability for August renewals
Please be advised that there will be a slight delay in the availability of our new Group Portal for clients renewing in August, when they will transition to our enhanced core operating platform.
The new Group Portal will now be available by the end of this week for groups renewing in August. Please share this information with affected groups as needed.
Temporary ID cards for 51 – 999 groups renewing in July
As communicated previously, for large group (51 – 999) business renewing in July, IBX is providing temporary member ID cards that display a subset of the standard information that typically appears on the card. The temporary cards display the critical information members need to receive access to care and fill prescriptions, and all members should begin using them immediately upon receipt.
Members can also log on to their member website to view an image of the card using their computer or smartphone. However, this image will display a modified version of the temporary digital ID card that includes the member’s full name and new member ID number to assist with access to care. It does not include Rx Bin and PCN information.
When standard ID cards are issued to members, the temporary ID card available on the member website will match the physical ID card.
