Capital BlueCross has extended its waiver of member cost share for Virtual Care visits for eligible groups and their members through October 23.

The waiver applies to fully insured groups, as well as groups enrolled in our Small Business ASO product line.

Self-insured employers who previously opted into the cost share waivers do not need to do anything to extend their waivers. Contact your Capital BlueCross account executive if any of your self-insured clients who previously opted not to waive member cost share would like to do so now.
