Horizon BCBSNJ: Important Update – Change to Horizon MyWay® Administrator

Applies to: All Groups with Horizon MyWay HSA, HRA and FSA accounts
Health Equity will be replaced by WEX as our new Horizon MyWay HSA, FSA and HRA administrator, effective July 1, 2026. To prepare your clients’ employees for this change, we plan to provide a series of notifications prior to planned black-out dates – the time when all financial data is transferred from their current account to the new platform – and after the black-out dates.
These notifications will serve as a reminder of the upcoming transition, as well as provide any information they may need in the weeks leading to the change.
