Action Required: Prepare for Important Changes to Horizon MyWay HSA

Horizon is working with WEX, a leading Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) spending and savings account administrator, to offer your clients improved account administration services and better member experience in 2026 for their Horizon MyWay HSA. Effective July 1, 2026, Further, powered by Health Equity will no longer be the administrator for their HSA.

With this new change, your clients will receive leading technology and enhanced customer service – online and by phone. This includes an innovative online portal and mobile app that supports easy access from any device, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
