Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is offering a special broker incentive program* for all new Small Group medical sales and conversions from an existing medical product to an OMNIA_SM Health Plan with effective dates of April 1, 2016 through June 1, 2016. This program rewards brokers for new business sales and conversions of Small Group (two to 50 employees) business.

This program rewards new business sales and conversions with: 

*   To be eligible for this program, brokers must be licensed and contracted with Horizon BCBSNJ, and must be the Broker of Record on the effective date of the sale.
