COVID-19: Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Business Continuity Plan

COVID-19: Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Business Continuity Plan

  • On March 20, 2020

All KTB office locations have moved to a remote working arrangement for the next two weeks, effective Tuesday, March 17th. We have also made the decision to temporarily suspend all in-person meetings to protect our employees and broker partners. This decision only changes the method in which we interact with you, not the frequency or productivity of our interactions. We will conduct all meetings virtually through our Zoom technology and phone conferencing system. Please know that our entire team is well equipped to support you and your business via phone, email and virtual meeting, and we do not anticipate any disruption to normal business operations.

Please access our Coronavirus Advisory Center for the most up-to-date information available for you to use with clients.

We hope that you, your families, and organizations remain healthy and safe. As you and your teams make decisions on how to best manage this situation, we are here to help.
