As principal, Chris plays a critical role in the development of strategic partnerships and business alliances. He also leads the day-to-day operations of the company’s Scranton, PA office, bringing unique and creative benefit plans and strategic solutions to companies of all industries and sizes in the northeastern portion of Pennsylvania.
Chris possesses extensive experience in all aspects of employee benefits, including fully insured and self-funded arrangements, pharmacy carve-out programs and referenced based pricing arrangements. Chris is well versed in all areas of Human Resource administration, including compensation, compliance, and 401K administration.
He was previously senior business consultant and HR compliance officer with Parente HR Services, a division of ParenteBeard, known today a Baker Tilly.
Chris received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton. Chris holds the SHRM designation and is a board member on the Greater Northeast Chamber of Commerce.
